We all had a lovely second holiday in Skegness at Sea View and we always get a very happy welcome and the site is always clean and tidy with plenty to do. I would recommend this site highly as it is good value for money.

Southview is an excellent site to enjoy a family holiday on. We have always found it clean and easy accessible with all staff members friendly and cooperative to meet our needs. All the vans are to a high standard and the shop has all essentials for when you arrive. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable and all the sporting facilities meet the needs of the whole family.

This was our first holiday in a static caravan. I was very concerned how clean the caravan and more so how clean the bedding would be. I didn't have to worry, both were very clean and fresh. The site was lovely. My only wish is that we had gone to the show bar more often, we only got to go once and it was BRILLIANT. Thanks everyone for a great holiday.

It is a fabulous location and waking up to ducks and rabbits running around is really amazing especially for the kids, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is no problem with allowing the kids more freedom that would be possible on some other sites we have been to with other providers. It is a very good value holiday, the leisure centre restuarant has fabulous food and is good value.

Lovely setting, clean and well maintained, felt safe as there is security on site, near to Skegness and the town. Staff very helpful, food excellent and well priced. Gym was very good and good clean swimming pool.

The facilities were brilliant for young families there was always something to do with children ie clubs, swimming play areas, arcades, areas for ball games exceptional value for money.

This holiday site was the perfect location for Skegness. We were met by Sparky the rabbit and asked if we had a good journey. Our caravan was very comfortable, especially the beds which is always a bonus. We even had en-suite which was surprising seen as we only had a bronze caravan. The inhouse evening entertainment was really good and it makes you appreciate how hard they all work to be able to put a show on. Well done ! My husband loved the fishing and was thrilled when he caught the biggest fish he has ever caught.

Fantastic value for money. Great location and lots of things to keep you and the family entertained, also the entertainment at the evening was world class. Great friendly staff, this was our first time staying with Hoseasons, so impressed we have booked to stay at another Hoseasons park.

We had a long weekend break for five people and it was very good value. We were able to take the kids swimming both days which was in the price of the booking, very helpful when on a budget. We were there for a family gathering so didn't take advantage of the bar and entertainment. Loved Skegness and the surrounding country side ad would recommend it to the most sceptical of people (my Mum who loved it)

First impressions of the site are entry are very impressive. The site had lots of open space and was clean and well maintained. The caravan was of an excellent standard, it was clean and had all the equipment we could need. The facilities on site were also very good with a swimming pool, gym, golf course and fishing. The evening entertainment was also good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this park.

This was a fantastic park especially for young families. My five and three year old loved it and the kids clubs, both mornings and evenings were fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful - we would definitely go back again.

The parks location is perfect, not too far away from the heart of Skegness if you want a lively time, and just on the outskirts for a more quiet experience. It is a beautiful, clean park and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!! This park would suit anyone from 1 to 100!!!

The hospitality you recieve on arrival is second to none.However be prepared for long walks from your caravan to the clubs and pool .As its a very large site So if you are not very good at walking .Ask for a caravan near to reception and clubs .

The park areas and around the caravans were very clean and tidy - it was a pleasure to look at the flowers and individual gardens. Overall a peaceful short break with lots to do with our small grandchildren - even the bug hunting was good. Toys, books and games in the caravan provided good entertainment for all ages to fill in the gaps - thankyou.

I would recommend this park to everyone from 1 to 101. It has everything that you need, the park is well maintained and a great place. Just walk around with all the lakes and wild life, the family culb is welcoming and has very competitive prices for a pint or even the fruit shoots. Then there is the swimming pool, gym and sauna which the broucher does not do any justice to. One of the best parks in the UK.

A well appointed site with a mixture of resident and holiday caravans. The site was well maintained with no litter. Parking facilities were excellent, adjacent to caravan and well lit tree lined avenues gave one a secure environment feeling
